New-build Pack

The view from the fourth floor, before the foundations.

Your buyer purchases a floor area, an aspect and a price off plan. What they are really looking for is what they will see through their living room window. A drone hovering at the exact spot and height of the future balcony gives that view today, unit by unit, floor by floor. Embedded on your website, shot by a professional drone pilot.

Why

What the tour changes for your development

A plan cannot show the view

The plan gives the floor area, the aspect and the price. It does not say whether the living room looks over the rooftops, the park or the wall across the street. A hover at the height of the future balcony answers the one question buyers ask twice.

Floor by floor, aspect by aspect

A first-floor north unit and a fourth-floor south-west unit do not sell the same thing. Each unit groups its own views, the selector sorts them by floor, and buyers finally compare what they compare blind today.

The price gap between two units explains itself

Justifying on the phone why the same flat costs more two floors up is a thankless exercise. The view says it without a word, and the top-floor unit defends itself.

The buyers who will never walk into the sales office

An investor 500 kilometres away, an expat, a buyer who works during opening hours: one link opens the development in their browser, with nothing to install or download. The tour also works on Saturday night.

The pack in detail

The New-build Pack in detail

A template where the unit is the first-class entity, on top of the Moorea player.

01

The unit selector, sorted by floor

Ground floor, first floor, second floor: units are sorted the way the building is. A unit groups its aspects - south, courtyard, sea - and buyers move between them without leaving their unit.

02

The unit card

Floor, area, price, availability badge, and the button that links back to the unit page on your own site: the brochure information, written inside the tour.

03

The availability filter

Available, reserved, sold: counter chips filter the selector in one tap. The status is declared by hand, in two clicks - the tour does not plug into your stock, your own page stays the source of truth.

04

Interiors in the same tour

Show flat, entrance hall, roof terrace: the player displays any 360 panorama, shot 40 metres above the plot or in the middle of the living room. The tour does not stop at the balcony.

05

The site plan becomes the tour

Your site plan replaces the satellite map and becomes the tour map: visitors see where the buildings, the inner garden and the entrances are, and click on theirs.

06

The QR kit

On the site hoarding, in the sales office, on the brochure and the planning notice: one scan and a passer-by flies over the development from their phone.

07

Per-unit statistics

Which units hold your visitors, which aspects come back, where the views come from: anonymous aggregates, with no cookie and no persistent identifier.

Pricing

One price, no surprises

The New-build Pack is a yearly subscription: the tour lives online - hosted, updated, measured. Traffic is not part of the calculation.

The capture is carried out by a professional drone pilot, at their own rate - the subscription covers the online tour, not the shoot. Prices exclude VAT.

I am a drone pilot

Moorea Network opens a public showcase under your own name, filled by the tours you deliver to your clients, plus access to the venue enquiries we receive. Opt-in, no accreditation, no commission.

The New-build playbook gathers the market, the pitch, the capture window before works begin, the floor-by-floor checklist and the full process, from prospecting to publishing. Read the New-build playbook (Playbook in French)

I am a developer or a sales agency

Tell us where the development stands: number of units, number of floors, sales launch date. Moorea connects you with a professional drone pilot near you. The capture is their service, at their rate.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How much does a new-build virtual tour cost?

The New-build Pack costs €190/year excl. VAT (or €19/month) on the Pilot plan, which serves the tour under the client’s brand and domain and renders the industry template. If you only need the tour online, without the industry navigation, the Place plan covers it at €90/year (or €9/month). Hosting and statistics are included in both cases. The drone capture is a separate service, carried out by a professional pilot at their own rate.

The building does not exist yet: how do you show the view from the fourth floor?

The pilot hovers the drone at the exact spot and height of the future home - the site plan gives the point, the planning altitudes give the level. The photo is taken from where the window will be. These are real images of the site, not a simulation: Moorea never inserts a projected building into the image and produces neither 3D models nor renders.

We already have 3D renders and a model: why a tour?

They show the building from the outside, drawn. The tour shows the opposite: what you see from the building, in a photograph, dated - and the real neighbourhood around it, the shops, the school, the tram line, the plot still empty next door. French property development is not a small world - the Fédération des promoteurs immobiliers alone has around 700 members (fpifrance.fr, checked in August 2026) - and on a new-build portal your development is one thumbnail among others. Two 3D renders look alike; two real aerial views do not.

The show flat is indoors: does the tour stop at the door?

No. Aerial is our speciality, not our limit: the player displays any 360 panorama, shot 40 metres above the plot or in a finished living room - exactly the photograph on this page. Aerial views sell the view and the neighbourhood, interior views show the finishes and the show flat. One tour, one navigation.

Does unit availability sync with our stock?

No, and that is deliberate: each unit carries a declared status - available, reserved, sold - that you change by hand in two clicks, and the selector filter follows with its counters. The link button on the unit card points to your own page, which stays the source of truth for price and availability. No connector to install, no feed to maintain.

Can you fly over a city, above an inhabited neighbourhood?

That is the question to ask the pilot before setting a date, and it is theirs to handle: operation category, populated area, flying over people, airspace restrictions, informing the council and the neighbours. A hover above a fenced plot not yet built on does not carry the same constraints as a flight above a busy street: that is what the site visit is for.

How many visitors can the tour take during the launch?

As many as the campaign brings. Unlimited views, unlimited bandwidth, no expiry: a listing on a new-build portal, an email to your whole buyer base, a property show - the launch peak changes nothing to the subscription. That is possible because data egress from our object storage costs us nothing: we have nothing to bill you per view.

The development will be sold in eighteen months. What happens to the tour?

It stays online as long as the subscription lives, with no expiry date, and it serves handover as much as it served sales. Every panorama is independent: views of the advanced works or of the finished building are added without starting over. The same viewpoints recaptured month after month is our construction-progress template - and phase two will have its own tour.

Can we put the tour on the development’s website, under our brand?

Yes: a lightweight cookie-free iframe to paste on the development page, or a public link for your campaigns - no technical skills required. The Pilot plan serves the tour under your own brand - logo, accent colour, your own domain - at €190/year excl. VAT. The tour also keeps a persistent call button - book a viewing, request the brochure - visible even when the controls fade away.
