Feature

Make them dream, then let them book

A tour that makes people dream and captures nothing is a brochure. Lead capture puts the request where the desire appears: inside the tour, at the second the visitor is looking at the place. Two clicks between wanting and booking, not six.

1
required field: the email address
0 KB
added to the tour’s load - the form arrives when it opens
24 h
before the same email, on the same tour, counts a second time
Unlimited
views and bandwidth, and no tour ever expires

The short path

A button that never gets out of the way

The action button stays in the corner of the player, even when the controls fade out to leave the landscape alone. One click, and the visitor is on your booking engine.

Three destinations, and between them they cover almost every case: a web address (the booking engine, the quote page, the form you already have), an email address, or a phone number that dials with one thumb on mobile. The label is yours, 1 to 40 characters: “Book now”, “Ask for a date”, “Call us”.

The button takes your brand’s accent colour. It is checked on save against the player’s dark surfaces at a contrast ratio of at least 3 to 1, and refused below that. A button nobody can read against a photo of the sky is not an aesthetic detail: it is a button nobody clicks.

  • Always where you left itIt survives the controls auto-hiding, full screen and the iframe.
  • CountedEvery click becomes an event in the tour’s analytics.

The full path

Or a form, placed inside the tour

When the request goes through a quote, a callback or a date to pin down, a link that sends people elsewhere loses some of them on the way. The form opens over the tour instead: the visitor leaves nothing.

One piece of information is required, the email address. You add the name, the phone number, a free-text message: every extra field is a little more friction, and what it is worth is your call. A consent checkbox goes with the send, naming the venue that will get in touch.

Two triggers. On the button: the visitor opens the form when they decide to. On a delay: the card appears after a time you set, from 10 to 300 seconds, closes with one gesture and does not come back in the same session. It never shows for you, the tour’s owner, while you are signed in.

  • Consent asked forAn explicit checkbox, in the name of the venue that will call back.
  • Bots kept outAn invisible honeypot field, and five sends a minute at most from one IP.
  • On shared toursSending requires a tour that is public, unlisted or password-protected.

Choosing

Action button or form

The two do not coexist on the same tour. The product forces the choice, because two calls to action in the same corner cancel each other out.

  • Our format

After the send

What becomes of a lead

It lands in two places at once, and it stays with the venue.

  • A list in the workspaceEvery lead in the workspace in one place, filterable by tour, by period and by state, with a search box. They belong to the workspace that owns the tour, not to the person who sent the link.
  • A notification, not an avalancheAn email to the workspace owner as soon as a lead arrives, grouped: at most one message every fifteen minutes per tour, as a digest if several came in. The setting can be switched off.
  • Handled, or not yetA lead is marked handled with one click. That is the minimum for two people to work the list without calling the same person twice, and for knowing what is still waiting on a Monday morning.
  • Exporting the leadsThe list exports, to feed a CRM or prepare a campaign. Restricted to workspace administrators.
  • Deleted when you decideDeletion lead by lead, and complete disappearance with the tour and with the workspace. The API and the database are hosted in Europe, in Frankfurt.Hosting in detail
  • In the iframe as in the linkThe button and the form behave identically on the public link and inside the iframe on your website. A visitor who never left your page can write to you from inside the tour.Embedding the tour

Frequently asked

What people ask us about lead capture

Where do the leads arrive?

In two places at once: an email to the workspace owner, and the lead list inside the venue’s workspace. They stay there, and they export whenever you need them to.

Can the button and the form live on the same tour?

No, and that is deliberate. A tour carries one path, only one: two calls to action in the same corner neutralise each other. The setting changes whenever you want.

Does the form work inside the iframe on my website?

Yes, on the public link and in the iframe alike. It is only downloaded at the moment it opens: the tour’s load does not move by a single byte until somebody asks for it.

What happens if someone sends twice?

The second send is absorbed quietly: same email address and same tour within twenty-four hours, and the lead is not duplicated. An invisible honeypot field and a limit of five sends a minute per IP address keep the bots at a distance.

How is consent asked for?

With an explicit checkbox, in the venue’s name: the visitor knows who will call them back before they send. A lead can be deleted one by one, and it disappears with the tour and with the workspace. The API and the database are hosted in Frankfurt, in Europe, and the platform is GDPR-compliant.

Does a heavily viewed tour cost more?

No. Neither views nor bandwidth are counted, and a tour does not expire: a campaign that works triggers no extra invoice. That is possible because the egress from our object storage is not billed to us. Several platforms on the market work the other way round, with view overages or a bandwidth quota to pay for (checked August 2026).

Is this only for outdoor sites?

Aerial is our speciality, not a technical limit. The player displays any equirectangular panorama, wherever it comes from: an indoor scene - reception hall, function room, show bedroom - imports and renders like the rest, with the same button and the same form. Plenty of tours are better for mixing the two: the site from the sky, then the rooms people sleep in.

Do I need a paid plan?

Lead capture is part of the paid plans: the action button and the form are both included from the Place plan up.
