What the price does not hide
No tour expiry, no view quota, no bandwidth billing. Three of the market’s standard irritants, designed out from the start.
A published tour stays online for as long as the subscription runs, whether it gets ten views a year or ten thousand a day. That comes down to an infrastructure choice: the object storage we use does not charge for egress. A popular tour costs us almost nothing, so there is no reason to pass a bill on to you.
Prices are shown excluding VAT. The market cheerfully mixes VAT-inclusive and VAT-exclusive figures, which creates apparent 20 % gaps between quotes - better to be explicit.

Questions about the subscription
Does the subscription include the drone capture?
No, and that is deliberate. Moorea is the platform: it stitches, hosts and publishes. The flight and the shots are done by a professional drone pilot, who charges their own rate. Many of our users are those pilots.
Who pays - the pilot or the venue?
Either. A pilot can host a client’s tour in their own workspace, or create a workspace in the venue’s name that takes over the subscription. The latter is the most common setup, because the tour then belongs to the place it shows. That is what the Place plan is for, at €9/month excl. VAT: a venue with a single site pays to host its tour, not for a producer’s toolkit.
What happens if I stop paying?
Tours stop being served publicly and the workspace becomes read-only. Nothing is destroyed: resuming the subscription puts everything back exactly as it was.
Where is the data hosted?
In Europe. The API and database are in Frankfurt, media storage in EU jurisdiction. The tour player is built without cookies or persistent identifiers.
