The Atelier: review a tour together
“The terrace I mean is the one you see with your back to the bar.” The Atelier deletes that sentence: your client leaves the note at the exact spot they are looking from, inside the tour, without creating an account.

The anchor
A note belongs somewhere
Every note is placed inside the scene, in the direction it was written from. It stays on the water slide, not “top left of the screenshot”.
Your guest opens the link, aims at what they want to talk about, and writes. A first name is asked for on the first contribution, and nothing else: no account, no install, no password. The email address stays optional and only serves to warn them when someone replies.
Every note opens a thread. You answer it, you mark it resolved, and what stays on screen is exactly what is left to deal with. The minutes of the meeting write themselves, and they know where they happened.
The anchor is a scene, a heading and an elevation. So the note is in the same place tomorrow, on another screen, at another zoom level. During a live session, small badges show who is there and replies arrive without reloading the page.
Inside the Atelier
What you get to work with
Enough to run a full project review, and no more. The Atelier is the table you gather around, not the phone you call from.
- Guests without accountsThe link is enough. A first name on the first note, an optional email address for notifications, and that is the whole sign-up. That address is never shown to the other participants.
- Threads sorted by sceneEvery note opens its own thread. The panel groups them by viewpoint and filters what is open or already resolved, which is what keeps a thirty-scene tour readable in a single column.
- Resolved, and on to the nextA settled point is marked resolved and leaves the list. What stays on screen is the list of things to do before you deliver.
- An image in the threadA site photo, a reference, a crop of a floor plan: up to 10 MB per attachment. Images are re-encoded before being served, so the original file never travels.
- A separate link, revocableThe Atelier link is not the tour’s share link: a tour that is still private can have a very busy Atelier. Regenerating it cuts everyone off at once.
- An email when someone repliesA reply in a thread you wrote in, a mention, a new note for the team. One email per message per recipient, with one-click unsubscribe.
What it is for
Two situations, one layer
Signing off a project before delivery, and following a place that keeps changing. Those are the two moments when a comment needs a location.
An interior designer exports render panoramas from Enscape, Twinmotion or Lumion. She drops them into Moorea, switches the Atelier on, sends the link. Her client comments on the worktop from his phone, at the worktop, and the thread about the glass partition no longer gets mixed up with the one about the kitchen.
The engine displays any equirectangular panorama, wherever it comes from: an interior imports and renders like a drone shot. The aerial virtual tour is our speciality, not our limit.
Second situation, at the other end of the range: a drone pilot flies a construction site once a month, from the same viewpoints. The tour becomes the meeting room. The client pins a storage area that is overflowing, the contractor concerned is mentioned, gets the email, clicks, and lands inside the note. Nobody opened an account, nobody spent five minutes working out which attachment was being discussed.

Closing an Atelier destroys nothing: the link goes inert, the threads stay where they are, and you reopen it at the next change order.
Questions
Does my client have to create an account?
No. They open the link, and a first name is only asked for at the moment they write their first note. The email address is optional: it exists to warn them when somebody replies, and every message carries its unsubscribe link.
Does the Atelier show up in the published tour?
Never. Not in the public player, not in the iframe embedded on a website. That is the whole point of a layer: you switch it on to work, you close it to deliver, and the published tour keeps nothing of it.
Can you open an Atelier on a tour that is not public?
Yes. The Atelier link is independent of the tour’s visibility: a private tour can have an active Atelier, and a public tour can have none at all.
How do you cut someone off?
By regenerating the link: the old one goes inert for everyone and you hand out the new one. A team member can also remove a participant or delete a message, but as long as the old link is circulating, regenerating it is the only clean cut.
How many people can take part?
Up to 50 participants per Atelier and 500 threads open at once, with attachments of 10 MB at most. Those ceilings are sized for a project review, not for a forum.
Is there video or voice in the Atelier?
No, and that is a decision. You already have a calling tool that works: the Atelier is the table you gather around, not the phone you call from. There is no “follow my camera” either.
Do I need a particular plan?
The Atelier is included from the Place plan up. Whichever plan you are on, no tour expires, and neither views nor bandwidth are capped. See pricing.
