Hosting

The website and the application are served by Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States). The API and its authentication are hosted by Render Services, Inc. in its Frankfurt region, Germany. The database is hosted by Neon, Inc., also in Frankfurt. Panoramas and their tiles are stored on Cloudflare R2 within European jurisdiction. Image processing runs on Modal Labs, Inc.

Intellectual property

The Moorea brand, the moorea.app domain name, the visual identity, the texts, the illustrations and the code of this website are the property of ELVN SAS. Any reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, without prior written permission is prohibited. Panoramas, tours and content published by users remain entirely theirs: ELVN acquires no right over them other than the strictly technical one of storing them and serving them to deliver the service.

Liability

ELVN does its best to keep the information published on this site accurate and up to date, without being able to guarantee that it is exhaustive or free of error. Outbound links to third-party sites, in comparisons in particular, are provided for information: ELVN exercises no control over their content and takes no responsibility for it.

Reporting content

A tour published by a user can be reported to hello@moorea.app. Every report is reviewed and, where well founded, the content is made inaccessible without delay.

Consumer mediation

Under article L. 612-1 of the French Consumer Code, a consumer may refer a dispute free of charge to a consumer mediator with a view to settling it amicably. Moorea is aimed at professionals and subscribing requires acting for professional purposes; ELVN appoints a mediator and publishes the details here as soon as it has consumer customers.

Governing law

This notice and the use of the site are governed by French law. Any dispute falls to the courts of Paris, subject to the protective provisions applicable to consumers.
