Moorea is published by ELVN, a French company based in Paris. One address reaches us: hello@moorea.app, in English or in French. The specific requests below have their own channel.
Support and product questions
Write to hello@moorea.app, ideally from the email address of your Moorea account. For a question about a specific tour, include its public URL or its name in your workspace: that is what lets us reproduce what you are seeing. Questions about plans and billing go through the same address.
Personal data
To exercise your rights of access, rectification or erasure, write to privacy@moorea.app or hello@moorea.app. You can also delete your account, and all your data with it, directly from the application. What Moorea collects is detailed in the privacy policy.
Reporting content
A tour published by a user can be reported to hello@moorea.app, with its URL attached. Every report is reviewed and, when justified, the content is taken down without delay.
Press and partnerships
Same address, hello@moorea.app, mentioning your outlet or organisation. Drone pilots who want to talk about the product or propose a partnership are welcome.
Postal address
ELVN SAS, 60 rue François Ier, 75008 Paris, France. Email remains the fastest channel: postal mail is collected, but not daily.
